The BCL (an accredited institution with the Louisiana Baptist University at Shreveport, Louisiana, USA) sponsored concurrent seminars on April 6 at its Novaliches campus for the benefit of its students, faculty and pastors from the surrounding areas. Atty. Gerry T. Galacio conducted a seminar on "The Church and Legal Matters" during the 9:30 to 11 AM session.
