Legal seminar, Christ Bible Baptist Church,
Paliparan, Dasmarinas, Cavite, September 17, 2006

As part of its 10th anniversary celebrations, the church under the capable leadership of Ptr. Paulo Malabanan, organized a seminar on the essential provisions of the Family Code. Atty. Galacio conducted the seminar meant for the benefit of the church members and visitors. In the absence of Ptr. Malabanan who was the evangelist for Ptr. Arellano's church in Cavite City, Atty. Galacio also gave the Sunday morning message.

This small but vibrant church (under the leadership of Ptr. Rene Dognidon) is the daughter church of Sta. Mesa Baptist Bible Church under Rev. Joseph Boyd Lyons and Caloocan Bible Baptist Church under Rev. Jericho Samson. Ptr. Rene and his wife Celestina are blessed with three children.

The church is praying for God's financial provision for the purchase of this lot fronting the church.

Honorary doctoral degrees conferred on Ptr. Gerardo Nable (Bethany Makati) and Dr. Armie Jesalva (Cebu BBC)

The Louisiana Baptist University conferred on Wednesday, August 16 the honorary doctoral degrees for Divinity and Humanities on Ptr.Nable and Dr. Jesalva, M.D. respectively, during the 7th World Missions Conference held at the Cebu Bible Baptist Church. The LBU was represented by Dr. Jack Baskin. In particular, Ptr. Nable received the degree for his outstanding contribution to the cause of Religious Education, Evangelism and Missions.
